MY GENIUS ASSISTANT

Building a service business from concept to brand and digital experience

OVERVIEW

My Genius Assistant is a virtual-assistance and concierge service created for founders, professionals and growing businesses that need reliable support without immediately hiring a full-time employee. Founded by Ayanna Henderson, MBA, the business helps clients identify what they should stop doing themselves, organize recurring responsibilities and delegate administrative, creative and business-support tasks more effectively.

Ayanna built My Genius Assistant from scratch. Through Ayanna Henderson Marketing, she developed the business concept, service strategy, brand positioning, logo and visual identity, website design and development, website copy, service packages, sales materials, delegation resources and the framework for AI-supported workflows. The work connected how the business presents itself with how prospective clients understand, select and begin using its services.

MyGeniusAssistant.com became the central service-based conversion platform: a place to understand the offer, identify a need, explore support options and begin a qualified conversation.

THE CHALLENGE

Virtual-assistance services can sound broad, interchangeable or difficult to price. A prospective client may know they are overwhelmed without knowing what to delegate, how many hours they need or which kind of support fits their situation.

The breadth of the offer created a second challenge. Executive assistance, business operations, marketing support and private concierge requests had to feel like parts of a coherent service. A long inventory of unrelated tasks would leave the customer responsible for understanding the business and designing their own engagement.

The brand also needed to establish trust. Delegation can involve calendars, correspondence, business documents, personal preferences and ongoing relationships. The presentation had to communicate professionalism while remaining approachable enough for someone to admit that they needed help.

AHM's task was to make an intangible service concrete, credible and easier to evaluate while preserving flexibility for custom requests.

OUR APPROACH

AHM organized the offer around the customer's real decision: what can I stop doing myself, and how much support do I need? This question shaped the service model, website messaging, package structure and educational content.

The business was positioned as a managed support system combining human understanding with technology-assisted execution. Its documented service model follows four stages: understand the client's priorities, organize responsibilities and communication, execute the work and adapt as needs change.

The website's strategic purpose was to help a visitor move from a general feeling of overload to a clearer understanding of the support they could request. The offer is presented through practical categories and understandable benefits. The package structure gives visitors defined entry points — 25-, 50- and 75-hour tiers — while the custom-service pathway accommodates needs that require discussion before a recommendation can be made.

AI was incorporated into MGA's service and operating framework to help organize information, prepare drafts and make recurring work easier to manage. Human judgment remains central to decisions, relationships and final review. AHM also developed The Genius Delegation List™ — 50 Things You Can Stop Doing Yourself — as a practical lead-generation and customer-education resource that helps prospects identify tasks and prepare for a support conversation.
