AYANNA

Building an Artist Through Music, Visual Storytelling and AI

OVERVIEW

An AI music video for "Jolene" became the starting point for AYANNA, also known as AI-AYANNA: a human-directed artist project connecting songwriting with music production, cinematic imagery, live-action collaboration and release marketing.

Created by Ayanna Henderson, MBA, the project brings AHM's creative and production capabilities into one body of work. Ayanna develops the story, writes music and lyrics, directs recording creation with SUNO, shapes the visual identity and carries the releases into distribution and promotion.

THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE

The challenge was to build an artist people could recognize across songs, images and platforms. Each release needed its own emotional identity while belonging to a larger creative world.

AHM approached AYANNA as an artist-development and production project. The work connected the music with character, wardrobe, artwork, video concepts and audience-facing copy. Human creative direction supplied the continuity as AI tools expanded the ways those ideas could take shape.

WHAT THE PROJECT DEMONSTRATES

AYANNA shows how AHM connects an idea with finished creative work and public release. The project spans recorded music, a consistent artist identity, AI-generated visuals, live-action collaboration and promotional execution. Its documented results add evidence of audience response to the creative portfolio.

The same capabilities can support artists, entertainment projects and brands that need a clear creative direction and the production work to bring it to an audience.

THE WORKFLOW: WRITING THROUGH RELEASE

01

Write the music and define the story.

Ayanna develops song concepts, lyrics, narrative themes and the intended emotional direction. Her Southern roots and Compton upbringing inform a creative vocabulary spanning country storytelling, R&B, rap, pop and sacred music.

02

Produce and create recordings with SUNO.

Ayanna uses SUNO for AI-assisted music production and recording creation. She directs the sound, evaluates recorded options, selects the strongest interpretations and guides revisions. The process supports her creative decisions, with authorship and source-material credits specific to each track.

03

Develop the visual identity.

Artist portraits, artwork, moodboards and video treatments translate the music into a recognizable visual world. Couture styling, glass, reflection and dramatic portraiture connect the Glass Heart Couture material, while individual songs introduce their own settings and characters.

04

Produce the video and campaign assets.

AI visual exploration and live-action collaboration support different parts of the project. Editing, promotional imagery and social content extend the selected direction into material audiences can watch and share.

05

Package and release the work.

Artwork, credits, release copy and listening destinations support distribution. Project reporting includes DistroKid and Roc Nation Distribution. Ayanna reports ASCAP registration of released musical works.

06

Promote and document response.

Artist biographies, an electronic press kit, a press release and social storytelling introduce the work. Platform screenshots preserve audience response and help identify which songs and formats warrant further development.

"JOLENE": THE CENTRAL PRODUCTION STORY

From AI concept to live-action production.

The first AI "Jolene" video gave the emerging project a visual form. It established a connection between the song, its character and a cinematic setting, opening the way to a broader artist identity.

The concept later expanded into a live-action collaboration with director and producer Tre' Major. Ayanna and the production team developed its expression through performance, styling and cinematography. Eric contributed cinematography, Camille Cole assisted with wardrobe, and Virgie Rodrigues supported the production as production assistant.

The campaign extended into promotional artwork, release messaging, social content, an EPK and publicity. A published "Jolene" press release also introduced "Savannah" and connected the music with Ayanna's creative background.
