The Assignment
Produce comprehensive red carpet and event content for Black Women in Entertainment — capturing the full scope of the evening including VIP arrivals, interviews, on-stage moments, and the community energy surrounding the event.
The goal was to create a complete, multi-platform content library from a single evening that could serve press, social media, and archival purposes.
Our Role
AHM handled end-to-end production: red carpet setup and coverage, PR and media content capture, photography, videography, VIP and honoree moments, and post-production delivery.
Production
Coverage spanned the full event arc — pre-event setup and arrivals, red carpet coverage, VIP and honoree moments, on-stage programming, audience and community interactions, and behind-the-scenes capture.
AHM coordinated camera positions, lighting considerations, and talent flow to ensure every key moment was captured without disrupting the event experience.
Post-Production
Post-production delivered edited video content, social-ready cutdowns, photography assets, and press-ready materials — all formatted for immediate distribution across platforms.
