THE ASSIGNMENT
Transform UBAA's return to an in-person gala into a collection of visual and digital assets that could continue telling the Black Bruin story after the ballroom emptied.
OUR ROLE
AHM handled pre-production planning, production logistics, live-event coverage, real-time social content capture, and full post-production through final delivery.
PRODUCTION
Coverage spanned reception and guest arrivals, atmosphere and environmental B-roll, honoree and award moments, speeches and presentations, audience reactions, and community and alumni interactions throughout the full program.
POST-PRODUCTION
Post-production delivered a gala highlight film, edited award and speech moments, individual content assets, social-ready video edits, and long-form event documentation.
